I receive many different docx files in standard manuscript format. These have a
page header of the form
title / author / page number
When I print them from LibreOffice on Mac the header is usually omitted
completely. Ditto if I save as PDF. I cannot see the header in LibreOffice
either, so perhaps it's just getting lost on import?
