FYI, you must distinguish insert SVG image and open SVG. There's some discussion and work about it but you must know that technical background is different for these 2 actions. Do you confirm you used "menu Insert" then "Image"? If yes, would it be possible you give a try to brand new 5.0.4? Finally, could you provide env?
