But if you read it again you may understand that it does not help to fix your problems. Just saying "not imported correctly (it's a disaster)" is too general; we need to know what exactly is wrong when you open a .doc file with LibreOffice. It would be very helpful if you please could: 1) Check your .doc files again with an up-to-date version of LibreOffice (3.5.3 or better); it is possible that some of the problems have been fixed in between. 2) If there are still problems, please search our bug report database (e.g. via [1]; this will give you a list of all open Writer bug reports), if there are already reports for the problems you encounter. 3) If you can't find an existing report for a problem please create a new bug report for it -- please one bug report per separate iusse. Please describe exactly what the problem is. It would be very helpful if you could attach to the report a .doc file which shows this problem.
