When I try to use a Base database for form letters to clients, I usually get a
message that JRE 1.6 is not installed. However, it is there. I check the path
and all seems well. I sometimes can get it to work by reinstalling update 45,
sometimes not. This is serious when I am trying to send out a mass mailing to
clients. Thanks for help in advance.
