I was trying the Alt key to the right of the space bar when I found the problem before. The problem is only on the right Alt key. If I use the Alt key to the left of the space bar, Alt+F works. Please test with both Alt keys and see if you can reproduce it with one Alt key but not the other. If you can't, then it's something with my keyboard.
