It's a bit of a PITA to open a delimited text file with Calc, as the "Text"
filter always loads the document in Writer, and the "Text CSV" filter only
lists *.csv files.
The filter should be called something more appropriate like "Delimited Text",
and include *.txt as well as *.csv files (and perhaps more).
