FYI with that renamed file to skip the wrapper part. WinDbg complained about
missing sal3.dll file. Here's the debug on soffice_bin.exe:

I also tried portable LO v3.3.4, but got no complaints about SAL3.dll even
though DependencyWalker showed it (and others) missing for soffice.bin as an
EXE.
