Sorry for the late reply, but I'm very busy at the moment.

I could solve the issues by uninstalling all Java versions and LibreOffice
including the roaming profile. Then I explicitly installed 64-bit versions of
Java and LO.

Yes, there was a mismatch between LO and the last Java Update, which was for
any unknown reason a 32-bit version.
