File with embedded svg graphic
Download the attached file.
Unpack it and make sure, it has got a svg-graphic and a png-graphic.
Open the file in LO 5.1, I have used Version: 5.1.0.1.0+

Resave the document with a new name.
Unpack the new file. Notice, that it has got a svm graphic instead of the svg
file. The svm graphic is actually a png graphic.
Try the same with an LO 4.5, I have used Version: 4.5.0.0.alpha0+

There the error does not happen.
I have set severity to high, because the original graphic is lost. This is bad,
because the original graphic is a vector graphic and now only a bitmap remains.
