test DOC file
The attached test DOC file contains a table. When open in Writer, the table is
wrongly displayed outside of the page region. In other office suites, the table
is correctly displayed 100% width of page.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached test DOC file in Writer, observe the table.
2. Open the attached test DOC file in Microsoft Office or any other office
suite, observe the table.
