After assigning a style (Headings 1 & 2) to my document; and attempting to
insert a table of contents; a box appeared with "table of contents" written,
but no contents :s

1.Assign style (e.g. Heading 1)
2.Insert table of contents
3.Appreciate the lack of content

Remain withouth content
