Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS: Linux (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Writer

screenshot after opening previously saved document
I edited a docx document, did some changes and added some comments, then saved
it.
When I opened the document again the next day, I found out the content of the
last comment I had added was gone. The comment is there but it's empty.
Now, you'll probably say that I thought I saved the document but didn't.
Let's even suppose that is the case (which is definitely not): when I closed
Writer, I certainly didn't get the warning that there were unsaved changes.
So, either (a) the comment was not saved, or (b) I didn't get a warning about
unsaved changes when closing Writer: either way there's a huge critical bug
that causes data loss, rendering Writer unreliable to the point that it's not
safe to use.
Anyway, believe me it's (a).
