RC2 would correctly interpret MS Office Borders for Headings
RC3 now uses double Boarders on every line
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Save docx using MS Office
2.Open docx using Libreoffice
3.Save docx using Libreoffice
Actual Results:
After processing with Libreoffice, the docx file has many extra Borders
Expected Results:
Required bottom Border on Headings only.
Got double Border on all lines.
