Steps to reproduce:
* Select some cell with any text. Press Ctrl-C.
* Switch to notepad application. Press Ctrl-V.
Expected: The text is pasted.
Actual: Nothing happens. The text appears in the clipboard in 2-3 seconds after
Ctrl-C, so I have to keep trying Ctrl-V until it is pasted.
