I tested it with 5.1.0.1 and image captions <Legenda> were working well for me. However when I tested it on 5.0.2.2 I found the same bug. Could you please download the 5.1 version and test your file with it? Then if it works for you please change the bug status to "Resolved - Works For Me" I'm setting it now to Need Info.
