Which OS X are you running? Could you please re-download both Libreoffice 5.0.4 + Language pack and retry? If it still fails then a screencast of the installation process + error message would be very useful. You can do that easily with the on-board Quicktime. Setting to WORKSFORME until more detail is provided. After providing the requested info, please reset this bug to UNCONFIRMED (should it be persisting) or WORKSFORME (should it be solved with a newer LO version).
