Steps:
1) Open Writer
2) Insert https://dev.w3.org/SVG/tools/svgweb/samples/svg-files/ny1.svg
3) Notice the spacing between text lines is to large which causes some text to
touch or overlap.
Regression as this doesnt happen in 5.1.
