Should you decide to have another go at it, please run from command window ("Run as Administrator") with the command: "msiexec.exe /i LibreOffice_5.1.0.3_Win_x64.msi /L*v lo5103install.log" If you get the same error 1304 for files from the installer--reopen and post up the install log.
