Reason is that the wiki markup looks like that:

exchanged)
as the link is on the same page, the linktext simply gets boldface. It would
work if [[Calc/Spreadsheet_Functions#VLOOKUP|VLOOKUP]] or [[#VLOOKUP|VLOOKUP]]
would look like.
