Fatal Error message
Happened twice within 10 days:
On saving, error message appeared: "osl::Thred::create failed".
Program exited after confirmation of error message. Re-opening file brought up
recovery window, but recovery failed!
Result: ALL DATA LOST!
Auto-Backup file was not able to recover data!
Happened after updating to latest release 5.0.4.2.
