The shortcut CTRL+SHIFT+SPACE is missing from the Tools>Customize>Keyboard
menu, so can no longer be customized. "Insert Non-breaking space" is now an
unchangeable function for this shortcut. Functionality is therefore lost. This
functionality was last present in LibreOffice 4.x, to my knowledge.
