document with page anchored image which moves incorrectly by mouse
Under certain conditions, page-anchored images cannot be moved by mouse
properly while moving by arrow keys works as expected.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached ODT file. There is only one image (a black rectangle)
anchored to the page and positioned to the left of page text area.
2. Hover the image by mouse, click it, hold the left mouse key and move the
image to the left slightly.
3. Release the left mouse key.
Observed: The image skips to the left edge of the page.
Expected: The image moves only slightly (as when moved by the left arrow key).
I cannot figure out how to insert the image exactly to reproduce this, however
I faced this issue quite often when working with page-anchored images.
Presumably inherited from OO.org (observed in AOO 4.1.1), tested in 3.5.4
(Windows), 5.0.5 and 5.1.0 (Ubuntu 15.10).
