Steps:
1) Open Writer with CTL enabled in the options dialog
2) Open Paragraph dialog and switch to Alignment tab
3) Change the entry of the 'Text Direction' from 'Use superordinate object
settings' to 'Right-to-left'
4) Notice the preview does not update, though the alignment was switched from
Left to Right due to the change
