Since 5.1 version, in 'Tools - Options' - LibreOffice - General' the checkbox
for disabeling the Tips is no more present (ther is only the Extended Tips
checkbox...
What a UGE regression! How is it possible to work with these ugly and
anti-ergonomics bubbles arise all the time?
