Paste Shift+Del (Ctrl+V)
Note: Excel also supports these shortcuts.

Perhaps in the Edit menu of Calc, if LO is aware of the current keyboard layout
being used, it could show "Shift+Del" next to "Cut" for keyboards that do not
have an 'X'.
