So lets give this a try. For russian, spanish, finish and portuguese i'm
submitting a patch to make insert date as Ctrl + Comma and insert time as Ctrl
+ Shift + Comma.

So in portuguese Excel, ctrl + shift + comma (semicolon) works fine to insert
date? So how would you insert time which is supposed to be ctrl + shift +
semicolon?
