Hi @sviatoslav, thanks for reporting.

There is no bug.

In 'Dec 31, 2014'.N1, you have the formula ='Dec 31, 2013'.L1

doing the copy in the new sheet you have ='Dec 31, 2014'.L1

But 'Dec 31, 2013'.L1 and 'Dec 31, 2014'.L1
have different text values.
If you want to keep the sheet reference change the formula to
=$'Dec 31, 2013'.L1
