Hi Landon,

This isn't a bug - you chose a CSV file and those are literally plain text, no
formatting. We can't do much about users taking a purposeful step to use csv,
ignore the warning that comes up, then close and they are surprised when
formatting is lost. CSV files cannot contain anything other than text/numbers,
no formatting is retained (that's the file format, nothing about LibreOffice)

The waring that you must have ignored looks like this:
"This document may contain formatting or content that cannot be saved in the
currently selected file format “Text CSV.
Use the default ODF file format to be sure that the document is saved
correctly."
