Bug ID: 98387
Summary: WRITER: switching cursor from a comment to text in
focuses to Fields
Product: LibreOffice
Version: unspecified
Hardware: All
OS: Windows (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Writer
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
Reproducing:
1. Open an odt file with some numbered paragraphs (or create some inside the
document).
2. Open Fields-Cross reference.
2a. (for further purposes) move the Fields window a little bit (e. g. to the
right corner of LibreOffice)
3. Go back (focus) to the document and WRITE some text to the document (Fields
window is still visible).
4. Insert a comment (at this point you see the Fields window disappearing to
the background)and write something into the comment.
5. Switch the cursor (using the mouse) back to the document.
Expected behaviour:
1. The cursor should go back to the last possition in the document (where the
comment was put) and the Fields windows should became visible (or should not
even disappear to the background).
Real behaviour:
You get focused on Fields window (which LO furthermore move to the centre of
the screen in case 2a) instead of the document itself. So you have to use the
mouse one more time to switch to the document again and move the fields window
again (in case of 2a).
