Not really a bug, but ugly:
Drawing a circle (or ellipse) with line style "dashed" results in equally
spaced "dash"-segments, except for the two segments meeting at the circle top.
All segments should be equally spaced.
The behavior is also observed in "LibreOffice Impress" and in earlier version
5.0.5.
