Shorter (1 or 2 keypress) keyboard shortcuts are important to used by novice
users and more complicated shortcuts are left for more advanced features. So
having a 3 keypress shortcut to access the spelling dialog will be a
disadvantage to novice users. Also F7 is used in many office suites as the
shortcut to access the spelling dialog.

A three keypress shortcut for this functionality seems appropriate as its
functionality is already covered in F7 and would only be used by more advanced
shortcut users.
