I have got Windows 7 and LO5.1 and LO5.2. Which Windows version do you use? Do you see the problem only in Writer or in Calc or Impress too? Do you insert the character in a normal text or into some special area like table cell or field? Do you have tested other applications, e.g. Windows "Editor"?
