About WinDbg: I tried to execute all as instructed but at the end, LO not replying, where the instructions say "You will notice that the command field has returned to white, so click in the field and type in !analyze -v, followed by pressing enter", I don't get the command field editable, so I did Ctrl+break in order to enter the string. The backtrace1.txt. attached is what I got inserting the string !analyze -v. The backtrace2.txt. attached is what I got inserting the string !analyze -v -hang (in this case the analysis was not going to complete and so it seems the otput; also windbg hanged and I had to terminate by task management).
