If Image is exported to TIFF the resulting image has resolution x: 0,017
pixel/inch and y: 0,167 pixel/inch.
Resolution should be 96 pixel/inch for both, x and y.
Also, the amount of pixels of the image drops to one third, e.g. from 1000 to
350.

In LibreOffice 4.3 - Draw it has always been correct.
