Not reproducible with Debian package of 5.1.1.3 (release).
I have this with my own debug build + dbgutil of libreoffice-5-1 (updated
today), but not with my debug + dbgutil build of master.

Click on a menu (like File or Edit). It briefly opens (with a thin orange
border) and then immediately closes, as if one had clicked twice. Same result
when I keep my mouse button pushed.
stderr fills with:
