sorry, may be stupid Summary, feel free fix it. I'm Russian speaking, not
English.
Issue: I will attach 333.odt with some text. It was subject for my bug 97429.
1. Ctrl+A then Ctrl+P then Print. Text printed without header.
2. Ctrl+A then Ctrl+P then Selected Area then Print. Even on preview area you
will see header.
