Upgraded to 5.1.1.3 (which I assume you meant, given 5.1.3 is not released anywhere I can find). Yes, it has become faster, notably saving. But it is still monstrously slow, this time taking 9 minutes to save the file. Opening is also slow still, but probably a bit faster than before.
