I assumed that in the third attachment (the Commons logo) that there was something special about this file that made this bug not happen, but I was wrong. If someone could edit the description of it that would hopefully avoid confusion. Here is what I have noted: - When I start a brand new document and set the background SVG file using any of the 3 attached files it works fine as long as I don't select "tile"; if I select "tile" it immediately appears pixelated, however that might be another bug. - If I save the above file, close it, and reopen it, all is good. - If I then set a *different* background image to the previous file using either of the other files, it works fine until I close and reopen the file, at which point the background image becomes rasterized and pixelated.
