Summary: Calc unable to open xlsx files without count and
uniqueCount in sharedStrings.xml
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 5.0.5.2 release
Hardware: All
OS: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Calc
Assignee: [email protected]

Calc unable to open the attached file when it should.
LibreOffice Calc sees as invalid an xlsx file that is missing the "count" and
"uniqueCount" attributes in the "sst" root element of the sharedStrings.xml
file.
The SpreadsheetML specification states in section 18.4.9 that they are optional
and can both be missing without any problems.
Other applications such as MS Excel can open the file without a glitch.
