            Bug ID: 98927
Summary: Update the index of a document: impossible to set the
paragraph format (of the index) and born a random
adding of page and page breaking.

            Status: UNCONFIRMED

Build Identifier: LibreOffice 4.4.7.2

A fast example: I have a document with 39 page and 35 pagraphs, the previous
index was all in a page.
After updating the index fill about two pages (because every paragraph is now
on two rows: why?) In addition somewhere born empty pages and some empty
paragraph, so now the document has 48 pages, with the same number o paragraph.
Obviously is impossible to have coincidence if you, after updating, set again
paragraphs appearance.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select the index in the document anc launch the command to update index.
2.
3.
Actual Results:
Read details, all is there.

Expected Results:
To have best control on the index formatting and to have the about same number
of page before and after the index updating.
