Document template with macros

Hello LibreOffice,

I had to submit a year end declaration the template for which you can see
attached here. It is written with MS Word and is pretty complicated. When
filling it in with LibreOffice Writer I noticed a number of issues:
1. When selecting a check-box it doesn't always get selected and the selection
mark occurs only after the document is saved or a follow-up check-box is
selected.
2. When adding some content, saving and closing the document and then opening
it again much of the formatting is changed and the document is spanned over
more pages than it was initially before editing it. The font size for some text
parts is changed as well.
3. After the table content is over there is text with instructions - the
caption remains on one page and the text itself is shifted on a new one. When
trying to bring the text close to the caption it loses its two-column
formatting.
The document is written in Cyrillic alphabet in Bulgarian language, which you
can ignore and just fill in some content in some of the table cells and select
some check-boxes for testing purposes.
The OS I have experienced the above issues under is Linux Mint 17.3 - if that
is of importance for you.

Best regards,
Lyubomir
