If you're using LibreOffice in a professional setting then I suggest professional support contract with a certified developer. That's how you get your pet bugs fixed on your schedule. Else, realistically it could be some time (a long time) before this is resolved. If I can bibisect it that might help move your pet bug forward but first I need to confirm it's a regression.
