Document exhibiting the unselectable behaviour.
Problem description: If an image is added to the header of a document then
moved out outside of the header margins, it is no longer selectable and can't
be changed or removed from the document.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an empty document.
2. Insert a header.
3. Insert an image into the header with an "optimal page wrap".
4. Move the image outside the header margins (into the centre of the page, for
instance).
5. Unselect the image.
6. Attempt to select the image again.
Current behavior:
The cursor changes to a pointer as if the image is selectable, however clicking
the image only selects whatever is behind the image. The image is not
selectable.
Selecting the header and then clicking the image exhibits the same behaviour.
Expected behavior:
The image should be selectable in the same way as any normal image.
Platform (if different from the browser):
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/536.5 (KHTML, like
Gecko) Chrome/19.0.1084.46 Safari/536.5
