Affected sample file
The attached file creates a crash when saving, the problem happens only in
Windows. For reproducing the problem the file must be saved 2 times: open it,
change some text and save it, change some text again and save it and then is
when it crashes
Sometimes when crashing a window is displayed which says 'Could not create
system'
