incorrect hebrew file name
Problem description: In the warning dialog (file is locked by another program)
the hebrew file name is wrongly displayed (the file name should start with
"1234", instead it ends with "1234". (The file name is displayed correctly in
the windows frame and in Windows Explorer.)
Steps to reproduce:
Look at the attached picture (LOdev 3.6 (master - 18-May-2012 02h44
x86@6-fast; Build ID: 8b1d29b) under Windows Vista 64.
Current behavior:
file name incorrect
Expected behavior:
file name correct
