Moving a slight from on pace to the other in the side bar ofted does not work.
Instead of that the slight is moved to the new position it falls back to the
old position.

1. Drag a slight
2. Move it to a new position
3. Repeat randomly

The slight should be easily, fast and reliably be relocated.
