Unfortunately, TB39 seems to be having a problem and no builds are available currently :( An other way would be for your to compile 5.2 yourself with --enable-debug, --enable-dbgutil or --enable-symbols options, but it can be a bit overwhelming, if you don't have experience with compiling software on Windows. You have to install Visual Studio and a lot of other stuff.
