1) So the problem happened when reference was lost and the values were not
recalculated. Right now with simple case (creating named range, referencing it
and deleting row containing this range) the recalculate is called and
everything works as expected.

2) The second part about what to do when opening such a file, this is
configurable for user and defaults to not recalculate spreadsheets when opening
(what this bug seems to be about).

Therefore I think there is no apparent bug (other than how the original
document was crafted which we have no information about). If there is new
information to add, please open it again.
