            Bug ID: 99391
Summary: EDITING Rotating text in a cell rotates also cell
                    background
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 5.2.0.0.alpha0+ Master
          Hardware: All
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

1. New spreadsheet, type some text or number into a cell

2. Go to sidebar > alignment panel and change the text orientation. For the
best results to something non-perpendicular, e.g. 45 degress

3. Go to sidebar > cell appearance panel and change the background of the cell
to any colour

=> Observe that the coloured rectangle that should fill the cell background
gets
distorted as if to copy the direction of rotated text (see attached
screenshot).

=> This only happens if the rotation is NOT a multiple of 90 degrees

I'm doing all this in sidebar, maybe someone can try if the same effect can be
achieved with regular cell formatting dialog too

I can reproduce this all the way back to 3.6 ... so maybe it's already
reported, but I'm not so goot at bugzilla searching
