V Stuart Foote <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|NEW |RESOLVED CC| |[email protected] Version|5.0.4.2 release |Inherited From OOo Blocks|95066 | Resolution|--- |DUPLICATE Severity|normal |enhancement --- Comment #2 from V Stuart Foote <[email protected]> --- A "Text Box" is a drawing object and comes from the draw/impress modules, and has only in recent builds been directly available along with drawing shape objects in the Writer standard toolbar (long present on the Drawing toolbar). As drawing objects there are very minimal formatting attributes to be applied to the text annotation, and there are no paragraph object structures in the text. Showing non-printing characters is simply an attribute that is not implemented for the text annotation contained in a text box--unclear how involved it would be to implement. But question the need for this enhancement. In any case a dupe of bug 95066 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 95066 *** -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
